Your key URL has been pre-baked into your hardware key. This is a read-only service for fetching keys via GPG. To fetch your keys via command line please insert the hardware key and execute:

$> gpg --edit-card
$> fetch

This will download the public key with expiry dates, signatures and other important metadata onto your local GPG keychain.
